Choisy-le-Roi was a majolica manufacturer near Paris during the 18th, the 19th century and the beginning of 20th century. Etablissements Boulanger on Gambetta Avenue was the main manufacturer.
Only a few models of oyster plates have been identified so far. These are rare fine majolica oyster plates models with beautiful details and colors appreciated by advanced majolica collectors.
